Paul Blart is an overweight mall cop suffering from hypoglycemia wherein this condition is hindering him from his aspirations of being a real cop. Aside from not being able to acheive his dreams, he is divorced, a single parent and still lives with his mother.But his fate is about to change when he gets to meet "someone special" and when the mall is taken hostage by an insider. Here, he gets the chance to prove himself worthy of being a real cop and taking the girl.
